Day +1

Hi all, this will be a short one as it has been a tough day. My tummy was very upset for most of the day. I'm trying to get on without having a feeding tube in, but it means that I have to try and eat and drink. The nurses said that if I drank 5 1/2 cups of milk during the day then I wouldn't need a feeding tube. It sounded ok, but when your tummy isn't great then it is quite hard. Got a couple of calls from Nana(s) and from my friends which was great - miss you all. Bye for now.

  4. Hi Naoise, Happy Valentine's Day! Hope you managed to escape having the feeding tube! I love your attitude to this whole thing, so positive and brave. My friends daughter Zoe is in remission from JA - she is just a little younger than you are. She was playing a camogie match this morning. I can't wait to see you able to run around like the rest of your friends and cousins, though somehow I don't think camogie is quite your cup of tea? I hope your tummy settles down for you, it's horrible being sick. Say hi to your Dad from us! Paula xx

  5. Hi Naoise
Michael got LOADS of valentine cards (in his dreams!), so please help me out....will you be my valentine & add me to all of yours?!

    I wish I was a cabbage,
    a cabbage cut in two,
the outer leaves I'd throw away,
but the heart I'd save for you

    100 words I could say.
    100 wishes I could pray.
100 miles my legs could walk.
100 sounds my mouth could talk.
    100 times I'd be true.
100 ways say "I love you"!

Happy Valentine's day, thinking of you xx Aisling
